“From beginning to end the customer service; shopping and ordering experiences was top notch. The prices were very affordable and the products I purchased were of good quality. The thing that stands out the most was the delivery, I made my purchase on one day and the products arrived on the next day and I didn't pay for next day delivery. “I really like buying Crayola brand Tempera paint from Zerbee as your prices are the best on the internet. There was even a discretion with the price of one item I was looking to buy - between your on-line catalog and what the price was registering within my shopping cart - therefore, I called your organization and a customer service rep agreed to give me the lower of the two prices. The reason I can't provide a 5 star rating at this time relates to the way in which your items were shipped. The paint bottles were thrown into a plastic bag within the box and a couple of the plastic lids of paint bottles arrived broken. The side of the box was also crushed - possibly the fault of the carrier - but more than likely because the box was half full as there was no filler (such as foam peanuts or rolled up paper) to prevent the empty spaced to be filled in as well as to prevent the items within to move around during transit.”
