“I really like buying Crayola brand Tempera paint from Zerbee as your prices are the best on the internet. There was even a discretion with the price of one item I was looking to buy - between your on-line catalog and what the price was registering within my shopping cart - therefore, I called your organization and a customer service rep agreed to give me the lower of the two prices. The reason I can't provide a 5 star rating at this time relates to the way in which your items were shipped. The paint bottles were thrown into a plastic bag within the box and a couple of the plastic lids of paint bottles arrived broken. The side of the box was also crushed - possibly the fault of the carrier - but more than likely because the box was half full as there was no filler (such as foam peanuts or rolled up paper) to prevent the empty spaced to be filled in as well as to prevent the items within to move around during transit.”

“Everything went really smooth. My order arrived faster than I expected! The only problem I had was the red pens I ordered showed up under a different tracking number. So I was confused, but customer service was prompt to explain. Also the pens were shipped in an envelope and the pen packaging was crushed during transit. Not a huge deal, but we only use 1 red pen ever few months so its nice to keep the together in a box.”

“Your prices are great. Your shipping time is phenomenal. However, it is extremely difficult and frustrating to find a specific product on your sight. For instance, if I want Avery Legal Divider Exhibit Tab "E", I can't just search for it and it pops up. There is no way to find what you actually want on your site. Even your customer reps have had problems with this when I've called for help. If it wasn't for your low pricing, I wouldn't use this site at all. Also, your shipping rates are really expensive.”

“***. The "Asssorted" colors they sent me were ALL BLUE. I wanted the assorted colors shown in the photo (red, blue, green). Too much trouble to mail them back, but I probably won't order from the site again.”
