“i recently need a chair mat for one of our offices. I wanted to buy it from Zerbee, however, the shipping charge was like 60% of the cost of the mat so I had to shop elsewhere. That was after I added something else to the potential order to get it over $77.00 for the free shipping. You might consider working on the shipping cost of some of those items so you don't lose that business to a competitor.”

“We ordered clear Pendaflex plastic folders - they were shipped in separate boxes and received on different days of the week. After removing the sticky labels from the first shipment received we noticed that the folders in the second shipment were not totally 'clear' - they had a very light lavendar color to them. In the interest of time we decided to use them and hope that our conference attendees did not notice the difference. Perhaps this could have been prevented beforehand.”
