“I was looking for a certain document frame and Zerbee came up when I Googled it. I ordered the frames and got them the next day! Excellent service!”

“The product was great however the packaging was not. The item was shipped in a larger box than necessary so it was crushed with both sides hanging open. Where the top was supposed to be taped the tape was slapped on to one side so when the box was crushed the top slid apart because of the sloppy taping. The box was completely open and crushed when it arrived. Thank goodness it was a flat item without smaller pieces. Smaller items would have fallen out. It did arrive quickly but a little care might have been better than sloppy speed.”

“For small items, I think you should allow delivery to post office boxes. I live in a remote rural area and do not receive mail delivery at my house. Mostly the UPS people can't find my place. Since I was only purchasing 10 pens which I am THRILLED to have received (I used the library for the delivery address on my second purchase attempt), they could easily have been sent in the U.S. Postal Service instead. Not to mention the difference in cost when using UPS and/or FedEx. \n\nThe lady who saved the day in this problem was Cindy Leadens. She was great! She never made me feel like a pest, and always got back to my small inquires almost instantly! \n\nBonnie F.”

“Good product, great price, quick processing. Only complaint is product was slightly damaged - key holder on door was bent and had to occur prior to painting. However, not bent badly enough to render the holder useless.”
