Boxes always collected on time and funds paid reasonably quickly after being checked. All money raised goes to our charity and really helps- thank you.

Always payment is quickly paid into account. Only moan is that if sending more than one box for a trade often books are marked not received. Even when I enclose a copy of the trade summary in each box stating which books are in which box. I try now to send 1 box per trade then this does not happen. Thanks

Dealing with Ziffit was no problem but dealing with In Post was not as good. Once parcel had been deposited in locker & text message received, I could not use tracking system as it would not work with my parcel. Unhappy about that.

Reasonable prices given for CDs but if using the website it is VERY inconvenient now having to finish your sale in one go as it doesnt retain your list like it used to

Easy listing, mine was manually entering the code numbers which was ok. Quick quotes. Easy box up and free sending with only trade code needed on the box. Waited about 10days for confirmation of actual payment amount. All good and will continue to check in the rest of my "library".

Generally good service, fair pricing and good options for sending items. However, can't leave 5 stars as some items were deducted as 'not received' when I know they were included in the box. Not the first time this has happened so must be a problem with their checking process.

Easy to use app. Prices consistent, good customer service and kept upto date by email, parcel collected on time by courier. Kept up dated on checking and money being paid. Would definitely recommend

So disappointed. Sorted out a relatively small trade (but lots of items - they don't give you much) worth just over £16. At the same time arranged to sell a boxed, mint condition PS3 and 8 games to another company for just over £60. Unfortunately, my husband packed the two trades together and sent both to Ziffit. When I enquired about what might be done as soon as we realised, they said they would look into it. Almost two weeks later they responded saying that they could not return anything and could not accept items they had not agreed to trade. In their Ts&Cs apparently, so why they couldn't tell me immediately I have no idea.They said they would 'dispose of the items responsibly'. I assume sell them as we had intended. The following day I had a message to say that their warehouse staff had not found the PS3 and games in the package. A lie. I am left feeling fobbed off, lied to and cheated as well as gutted to have lost out on £60. It was our mistake, but they have behaved very poorly, in my opinion. I will not be trading with them again.
