“Collection (in-Post) and payment worked as anticipated”

“So disappointed. Sorted out a relatively small trade (but lots of items - they don't give you much) worth just over £16. At the same time arranged to sell a boxed, mint condition PS3 and 8 games to another company for just over £60. Unfortunately, my husband packed the two trades together and sent both to Ziffit. When I enquired about what might be done as soon as we realised, they said they would look into it. Almost two weeks later they responded saying that they could not return anything and could not accept items they had not agreed to trade. In their Ts&Cs apparently, so why they couldn't tell me immediately I have no idea.They said they would 'dispose of the items responsibly'. I assume sell them as we had intended. The following day I had a message to say that their warehouse staff had not found the PS3 and games in the package. A lie. I am left feeling fobbed off, lied to and cheated as well as gutted to have lost out on £60. It was our mistake, but they have behaved very poorly, in my opinion. I will not be trading with them again.”

“The last parcel we sent went very smoothly, and was followed up speedily with a notice to say you were checking the contents, and then we received payment for sending them. This was our 45th parcel!! Only once in all those parcels was there a hitch, when the parcel went missing after it was collected by DPD, but this was quickly dealt with and we didn't lose any payment to us, which was really good. Customer service is excellent, there was no messing about - the problem was quickly sorted.”

“Easy process to recycle un wanted books. Ziffit gives a good valuation compared with other sites. Very straightforward to drop off books and payment is made quickly. Good communication. Have used before and never disappointed.”

“The prices per item could be better , for what you paid for them the day you brought them , lol but better then others and easier to do , customer service was good and pick up , and got paid a few days later . thanks”

“I was selling, not buying. The website is easy to use and good for clearing out the books of someone who has always been addicted to collecting them. However, I have been concerned lately how every parcel I send has either had at least one book rejected, or more recently 'not received', even though \I know all the books were there. Prompt payment when books have been checked though.”

“I had two boxes of unwanted items to sell to Ziffit last time and both loads of items were input using their easy to use on-line system, with only a few items rejected or offered too low a price (Ziffit prices are generally fair). Both boxes arrived at Ziffit's site in 4 and 5 days from the courier collection. I was notified of this by e-mail and the most recent sale will be paid for in a few days. Very efficient system and I'll use it again for surplus/unwanted stock.”
