I've used them half a dozen times now. Low hassle, very fair assessment (most things are accepted in my experience) and it all happens quickly. It's the best way of getting paid for your old books etc.

Well the process seemed simple enough but four days later and I don’t know where my parcel has gone and no payment. Very disappointing

I like this service but occasionally the trades are refused - last time I had a hardback with torn jacket refused, book was perfectly good underneath and I had certainly bought books from you in worse condition than the one I sent. Also how about offering a slightly higher trade value if customers opt for a credit note type arrangement against WoB website purchases?

I've created over 110 trades with Ziffit so far, in all honesty, my journey through trading hasn't always been straight forward, we've been through pandemics, postal strikes, system mistakes get made, I make scanning mistakes etc but in all honesty, I'll continue trading with Ziffit because I believe they are the best out of all the online trading platforms. Recently they've introduced inpost dropbox system to us and it's brilliant, you don't even need to create a label, just write your Ziffit order number on the parcel, key in the pin number that's given you, choose the inpost box size pop it in close door press screen finish and away you go.. brilliant..my advice is to write the pin number also on the box incase delivery driver makes a mistake... I've only lost one trade through inpost dropbox system, not sure what happened...contacted Ziffit who helped but couldn't find the parcel, they ended up cancelling the trade and paid me anyway, how wonderful is that. I'm giving Ziffit 5 stars and I'm not using anyone else.

Everything was simple, from scanning to posting. Goods received and checked by Ziffit within days and quick payment too. Why can't everything be this easy? Thank you Ziffit 😊 Will definitely use again 👍🏻

DPD turned up nice and early. (The 'InPost' alternative would have been useless as the nearest one is miles away!).

Ziffit website is easy to use however, dealing with DPD at present is frustrating to say the least. First pickup guy didn't even knock at my front door, but insisted that nothing was to be picked up. I had two trades waiting to be collected. I had to wait a week for the next pick up only to be told by the driver that he had just started & had no labels, so refused to pick up. "They'll be picked up tomorrow" he said without asking me whether I would be home. This is NOT customer service!

All went smoothly, no need to cart heavy books to a pick up point with collection service working this good. Also satisfied with price paid for books and payment made promptly.

Brilliant service with only a handful of items classed as damaged. Probably because I let them slip through by mistake. Over 500 items sent and only around 8 rejected. Only downside is using DPD to collect the goods. They will not pick up from the flat. I have to flag the driver down,which they don't like. Would have got 5 stars but let down badly by DPD.
