Very easy and quick to sell books and best prices given. Customer service excellent, any queries soon sorted out.

I am confused at why and how you accept books one day and then not the next day. Then when accepted, it is much cheaper!

Good system when it works. Before Christmas I had great difficulty in sorting out 3 trades which were not collected by DPD. I also had great difficulty in cancelling those trades which were eventually cancelled. I lost a few books which were accepted in those trades and not accepted in the trades i set up after Christmas. It would have been good if Ziffit told me straight that DPD were not collecting before Christmas.

Poor payment - delay in actually receiving funds. Had to chase despite the email confirming payment had been made. After second unnecessary email, payment was made. Is this the standard of trading with a British(?) company? What happened to good customer service? Not impressed and disappointed that everything in the UK is slow and requires chasing. Our services are just rubbish and require massive improvements.

Unfortunately I missed the collection of my last parcel ( haven’t a clue why ). Ziffit were brilliant, organised a second collection with the minimum of fuss. 10 out of 10 for Ziffit.

I have been trading with ziffit for years, most prices offered are pretty low but are better than other traders and payments are usually quick but not over this christmas which is understandable. I have had quite a few problems over the years, it can take a few weeks to sell 10 books, they accept the first 4 then say they can't take the others at this time even though I put in over 800 books. Now I keep getting told that certain books were not received which I know for certain were in the box so I send them emails to say they are wrong and they soon rectify it. The last trade they accepted 26 items rather quickly but when I went to complete the order they said some items had to be taken off and left me with 10 items to send which I wasn't too pleased about. Having said all that they are still the best company to trade with.

Ziffit tend to offer the best price on a wider range of items compared to their rivals and I've used them many times with stuff that doesn't sell elsewhere. The site is easy to use and they've recognise pretty much everything I've ever entered, including old and obscure books. The process is straightforward and I chose to use the InPost drop-off, which was a doddle - just rock up with your QR code/number, type it in and follow the instructions on screen! You get a QR code on successful completion too. All the items I sent were accepted and paid in full as per the original agreement. Payment was a bit slow this time, probably as it was Christmas, but I eventually got a PayPal message saying I'd been paid.

Ziffit process is usually very straight forward and efficient, however, prior to Christmas they were let down by postal strikes, couriers and InPost lockers not being able to handle volume of trade. I'm glad to say that in 2023 excellent service has been resumed and courier pick up worked perfectly yesterday. Thank you Ziffit!

It’s alright if you have a huge amount of books to get rid of quick. If you are a casual reader and want to make extra cash off of some books then it’s not worth it. They only accept certain titles and pay pennies for books that cost a lot new or used.

I have used Ziffit before without any significant problems. This latest time, however, was very frustrating. I spent many hours sorting through an elderly relative's book collection and by the end of the day had had 45+ items accepted with a value of about £10.50. As soon as I clicked to complete the trade, a message appeared that some items were no longer acceptable (even from as little as 15 minutes prior), and the value was reduced to under £9. I then had to trawl through the list again to identify which ones had suddenly been rejected. In case it had been a glitch, I re-entered the rejected ones, and some were accepted again, but when I tried to complete the trade once more, even more items were inexplicably removed, so the final trade was reduced to 26 items valuing £8.07. When I then chose a date for collection I opted for 2nd Jan because it was being offered even though it was a bank holiday. I then received a message saying it was scheduled for 3rd Jan, a day I would not be at home. I have rescheduled collection for today and hope that the rest of the process and receipt of payment with be more straightforward!

I am still awaiting a cheque for the books I submitted to Ziffit in November. I sent an email on 11.12.22 to the admin department. Received a response saying the my message would be sent to Finance Department. Sent a further email on the 22.12.22 saying still not got cheque. Received same response saying it would be forwarded to Finance Department. I still have not received my cheque. 5.1.23

Efficient collection service. Would like payments to arrive quicker, after items are checked and for trade prices to be higher.Especially for regular sellers.

As usual Ziffit makes selling on DVD's and books very easy, enter the book/dvd id number and its ether yes or no then trade the items in. We had DPD collect the box and within a few days the money was paid into our paypal account. It could not be any easyer.
