Payments are speedy (tend to come in bunches) App does NOT speak to the website. I use the app to find a possible price and then have to key it in to the webform.

Very fair prices when compared to other similar services. The introduction of InPost as a drop-off point is useful although I've never had problems with DPD collections either up to now. Payment could be a little quicker perhaps. Some issues with valid ISBNs not being recognised (Penguin Books in particular for some reason). Customer service is usually pretty quick to respond and queries regarding books "not received" are largely resolved quickly. Overall I would recommend Ziffit.

I did not originally receive the funds I was quoted but after calling them they gave me the full amount as originally quoted. Most of my books were like new condition and I should not have had to call to have this corrected. I also had to call for the same thing the last time I submitted an order, and it was rectified.

Low prices how can you offer 0.08p for a book. Why do you have to go to the end to see last item listed ?

Disappointed that when you received my items, you said two were missing. This has happened before with you. I always check the items I place in the box(es), they were sent each time. Someone your end obviously sees they're valuable and takes them for themselves whilst stating they were never received.

My Ziffit trade have not been collected as scheduled by your courier, which is disappointing. The scanning of the books went well.

I sent my parcel to ziffit using InPost which I don't like for 3 reasons: 1. They lost my last parcel 2. the InPost boxes are positioned so that my phone won't pick up the QR code and it's hard to see the screen. 3. I had a big heavy box and the top locker opened meaning that I had to ask a passerby to help me lift it high enough. Also this request for a review was received before my parcel had been received by Ziffit! The only reason that I gave it 3 stars and not 1 is that I've used Ziffit before and they were 5 stars.

I admit Ziffit is one of the best paying book buyers but they do have a big problem with saying books are not received when they have been included in the boxes. I trade at least once a week as I do this for a charity and the amount of time I spend chasing up lost books is getting serious. The fact that Ziffit does not allow telephone calls is a bit bug bear as a quick call would sort everything out instead of numerous emails not all from the same person so have to repeat myself often.

At the moment I feel that the service is appalling. I am still waiting for a collection from December 8th which was then rescheduled for December 13th and still hasn't been collected. I did receive an email from Alan who asked me if I would like to rebook the collection which I confirmed I would but as yet, nothing seems to have been booked so I don't know what the current status is.

I had a few issues with this trade as the courier did not come to collect by boxes after about 3 attempts... customer service was good with quick replies and relevant information. My biggest frustration is that I wasn't able to keep waiting for the courier to come and collect the boxes as I'm moving house and there was no ability to change the sending method which meant I had to cancel my original trade and restart a new trade. I feel there should be something that allows the sending method to change, especially if the original method has failed through no fault of my own
