Takes approx a week from dropping off books in INPOST locker to having my trade checked and approved for payment, in another week it will hopefully be in my bank account. Easy enough to trade but not a very big payback for the amount of quality books I sold. Good if you are planning to move home perhaps and need to declutter

I'm satisfied with the service that Ziffit provides - it's nice and straight forward. I'm not quite so impressed with InPost, the service here seems to vary from great to awful and everything in between. I don't know how this can be remedied. I'll happily recommend Ziffit, but not so sure about InPost, I'm afraid.

Trading with Ziffit is always so easy. Items are priced competitively and they accept more items than most other similar companies. The link between the customer and the courier service is also very good. First class in all aspects. 👍

My last 2 trades I have had large numbers of books “not sent”. I pack straight into the box and they were well sealed. Yes customer services promptly sent me the money when I asked but having asked twice I am reluctant to use this service as it looks like I am pulling a scam!! I do house clearance so regular books so a shame. But 16 missing items last time that just fell Out of the box in transit. How does that happen? You need to make it clearer that books need to be pristine. Vintage books are rarely like that and although you accept then they get rejected unless they look like new.

I hve used ziffit many times, but on this and previous occasion I had quite a few items refused. On one this time it was due to "pages being dirty". well I really don't remember that and due to the vintage of the bok I would not expect them to be pristine. I always do a visual check and wouldn't submit them if I didn't hink anyone woul refrain from buying it on visual inspection. Thsi wa particualalry annoying as it was te most "valuable" sell in those that i had submitted

Parcels are received, handled and processed within a few days, and usually pay out the expected amount promptly - thank you. I feel pleased to know that my long-cherished items will have a valued 'second life' with someone else.

Claimed 2 items missing. NO WAY After sending another email agreed to credit items. It makes you wonder about the dirty or water damage/torn items you claim and reject.

Used to be a very good company to deal with but has gone seriously down hill recently. Books are being marked as not included in trades when they have been and this is happening far too often to be a one off. I am getting fed up of cantacting them to sort it out.
