After I had input all my barcodes I pressed complete trade and more than half the books that had been accepted had been rejected! All that wasted time. And it’s not the first time that has happened. Do you have an explanation please?

The website is easy to use. Sending parcel is simple. Prices offered are often quite low. Ziffit reject quite a few items from the list for 'pages missing or damaged' or other similar comment when the books sent were in good or very good condition.

I'm slightly confused as to why Ziffit is asking me to leave a review at this moment. My boxes were collected on September 30th and when I checked my account earlier they were still showing as 'not received.' There was nothing to say if they were still in transit or whether they still haven't been checked. Clarification would be good. All I know is that I sent two boxes with a high cost (to me) value and I haven't a clue where they are.

Was very pleased that all the returned books were accepted. However, the courier turned up without a label! I've had this sort of thing before with returning items for recycling etc. Why don't have them ready.....!!?? The good news is that he was able to print a label in his van but really should have had the label ready! But almost full marks to Ziffit.

It is easy to use web site, but not happy only postal option is InPost. I need to travel by bus to nearest lockers, not easy with heavy parcel.

When it works it’s a brilliant system. The collection system works very well. I have had no problems with payments, have no returns and no refunds. That shows how easy and reliable it is. However I have have problems with the app. The last two trades would not accept a bank transfer but would accept a PayPal payment. I prefer bank transfers.

Good collection service.Quick payment when books accepted.Some prices for books better than others and disappointing refusal of acceptance of up-to-date books especially when,on starting a new trade ,the same books are accepted.No experience of delivery or returns.

Ziffit are ok it’s just the parcel Side let’s it down . Several times I have had to rearrange pick up just not good enough !!

Very easy to use the ap. Free collection of parcel makes it easy to transport heavy books. Only one little problem when using the ap there is a button to save your basket so you can add more later but the is no save button on the computer.

Easy to send books in (used InPost drop-off facility), and payment is processed quite efficiently. And good to know that books are being re-used. Downside is how many books etc you have to send to reach the minimum £5/or number of items, especially as so many are rejected. Most frustrating thing is when a book is added to the total and then rejected when you try to finalise the trade, taking you below the minimum again. But will continue to use (if and when I accumulate enough acceptable books I want to recycle).

Somehow I managed to get myself the wrong delivery method on my last trade, but I contacted Ziffit and they very kindly and quickly rearranged a collection instead, for which I was extremely grateful. Thank you Ziffit! I've been trading with them a long time, having sold many books, and will continue to do so while their customer service etc remains excellent.
