I haven't received any money for the trade as it is still showing being processed. The parcel was despatched via InPost locker which was easy to use BUT I haven't received confirmation from them that I had posted it. I got in touch with customer services on the Sunday/Monday after a bit of a false start they eventually told me on the Monday that the parcel was at your warehouse since then nothing has happened. It used to be easy trade, pack, take to shop, get a receipt, get paid. If this is the future then I prefer the past.

dpd sent number of emails with estimated collection times/dates which did not materalise we checked their website which said they had actually collected parcel we wasted a lot of time staying at home waiting for dpd contacted ziffit who rearranged the pickup we then found ziffit account showed 4 books as not received - finally got it sorted although the issue of books not received happened on e in 2022 and twice in 2023 from the start of the trade to eventual receipt of money was far to long

Have used Ziffit quite a few times for unwanted items. Easy to use and reliable. On a couple of occasions when things went wrong they were put right immediately. Will continue to use Ziffit for our unwanted items.

I’m very happy with the service from Ziffit, it’s easy to sell books, CDs and DVDs on the app, and to send them for free using the hubs. I opted for a cheque which comes soon after items have been received and checked, next time I will have monies direct into my bank account

I love the concept and the comparative ease with which books may be sent to Ziffit - and free collection! However, I do sometimes wonder why books that I offer are not accepted and, yes, I have read the Ts & Cs. Unfortunately, on this occasion processing did seem to take somewhat longer than usual and I had to chase this up. The transfer into my bank account has now been completed and so, overall, I am happy. Better luck next time!

Waste of time and effort .unable to use 20 percent bonus due to a technicality. not collected ,though they said they turned up robot answer machine joke. Would not use again. Cancelled trade in the end

I've been selling my books to Ziffit for years now and am delighted to think they go to a good cause and not just to the recycle bin. Excellent service every time. Recommend without hesitation.

Scanned hundreds of CDs the vast majority of which (90%) Ziffit did not want. Fair enough if they already have enough of those titles but it also means that this app is not very useful for me.

After spending ages scanning and packaging up my books, I then waited at home for a courier that did not arrive. Impossible to contact either DPD or Ziffit other than by email. Considering the very low prices they offer, this whole exercise has been a monumental waste of my time. I’ll give the books to a charity shop instead. Many of the reviews I’ve read say that even when they do collect your books, they then reject many of them because THEY deem them to not be in good enough condition. Be warned!

2nd time used your service First time you had it received one book? It was in the box Second time I sent DVD and two item weren’t received Both box sets ????? Very strange I packed them and all items were sent I would not be using them again. Once bitten twice shy 🙈
