“To start trade was good, driver picked up box and then when on to processing in warehouse a few days later, but then took longer than my previous trades, was still waiting a week or so later so contacted Ziffit and after contact it went into processing a day later so it could have been missed and then 2 days after that went into paid then took 3 days to go into my account. Overall pervious 2 trades was dealt within a week, took over 3 weeks which is still for me. I beat if I hadn't contact them would probably still stook in the warehouse.”

“Had to rebook driver to collect which meant using the truly awful online service "the bot" and when I finally managed to chat with a person, they couldn't rearrange collection quickly. All in all an long delay between the trade and the parcels arriving at the warehouse to be processed. At which point, the trade less than halved in value as so many items were "not received" or "not accepted." Unlike other companies, no promo code.... All in all v. disappointing... Won't be rushing to use again.”

“This is a very easy service to use. I packed a box full of books and booked a collection. It really couldn't be simpler. The box was collected on time, on the day I had chosen, and it wasn't long before I received an email to let me know the money owed had been paid in to my account. I would highly recommend Ziffit”

“Sending items off by the In Post service was easy, although all the lockers were full the first time tried to drop off so I had to make the trip twice. So not always as convenient as Ziffit seem to think. It seemed to take ages for my items to get there, over a week, that was a bit annoying. Prices offered by Ziffit much lower than implied on TV advertising, around 30 to 50p per item. At these prices, I struggled to make the minimum £5 or 10 item requirement. Once there the item i had the best price for was rejected because it didn't have the outer cardboard cover of the DVD, the one that goes over the jewel case. Although Ziffit states in it's Ts and Cs that this is a condition of sale, I had forgotten it had a cardboard cover originally and otherwise the DVD in perfect condition, only watched once. So I think they could make some allowance for this, surely it could still be sold on. I have some DVDs that are still in their original shrink wrap, never even opened but Ziffit offer you no more for these and don't even seem to differentiate between new and used. Again,this is annoying. Will consider donating items to local charity shop instead in future as this may make me feel better then paltry recompense offered by Ziffit.”

“We are getting sick and tired of the promises made by your carrier DPD, Your business is only as good as the partners you choose, It matters not how your goods are priced if they are sat around for days, I have never heard so many excuses as we get from DPD, Michael bamford”

“Very nice service quick and easy to use the app. Only thing dissatisfied with is I know all the books were in the boxes I've sent in but you always seem to say I missed a book or two when I triple check the boxes for every book. So I don't get my full amount of money.”

“Efficient selling system on-line as usual. I've sold a lot of unwanted stock to Ziffit in the last year or two. The driver didn't leave a receipt (probably ran out) but the boxes always arrive within a few days. Good service and prompt bank transfer of payment. Ziffit pay a little more than some other buyers for books so I'll sell to them again.”

“I have been using Ziffit for years. Always pay my money very quickly. It's not always easy to send popular books but you have to keep trying. They are the best book recycler as they allow up to £5 or 10 books That's much better than any other.”
