“Bit dismayed that one book was rejected by Ziffit on arrival as 'Spine missing or damaged'. I'd love to see the book again as I bought it and read it without noticing any damage. Used InPost this time and although dropped off ok within a day it showed 'tracking id not recognised', however item did arrive OK.”

“Easy carriage service to send books in, and Ziffit is good at informing you about receipt and payment, but main drawbacks are: how little is given for each book, how many are not accepted at all - making it quite a job to amass a package sufficient to send in (either 10 books or £5 worth - my batch of ten books came to less than £5).”

“Used Ziffit many times and overall really happy with the service and results. Free collection of items, fairly fast turn around from them receiving the items through to payment and kept up to date via emails. I was however slightly confused that a couple of my cd’s were not accepted as they were ‘not original discs’ when I know for a fact that they were brand new , unplayed cd’s and we’re certainly the original discs. Very odd. But will still use Ziffit again as it’s a good way to move on unwanted items.”

“A very quick and easy way to sell dvd, cds and books. With a fair price for the goods I’m selling, and no need to accept it if I don’t agree. The money is transferred straight into the bank once the transaction has been completed!”

“I’m still waiting for pick up which was booked for 21st and DPD changed it till next week 28 th . This has happened numerous times before too . There seems to be issues with communication between courier and Ziffit.”

“Superb service. You give instant prices of books and the system of being able to leave the box in a pick up place is much easier to use than when they had to be collected by a delivery van. The money arrived very quickly!”
