many of my items cannot be traded, i have 7 items in my basket but will not allow me to save trade and i cannot add anything else

Awful experience! These people do not reply for days and they never arrange collections! Nearly a month trying to get hold of anyone. Would not recommend and go elsewhere!

Ziffit have a very efficient system for selling items, so I use them regularly. The van collections are well run, with 1-hour slots and up to 16 kg boxes collected. Payment for items doesn't take long after. All good, so far.

WORRIED THAT MY PARCEL SENT to you, with books and CDs listed on my account for selling , VIA IN POST UK, has not been delivered to you. I know it was picked up at the yellow boxes, but I could not scan the Logo at the end of the posting process, as my mobile is not modern enough. I did put my trade number on the side of my box though. My Inpost tracking number is CS0000003891373

My box was not collected today as promised.Had tx due to come 8-9 am driver dead.Contacted did and they said he came at 8.05 which is a lie.They then told me he would come before 5pm still not arrived.I have not left the house all day.Shocking service

Have been using Ziffit for some time now, they were always better than other we buy sites and since the demise of Momox they are my only go to site. Prices could always be better but they are prompt, efficient and reliable, the more you use them the better the system seems to work. DPD couriers operate in the area and are regular lads so no real problems there. They take around a third of my reads, the rest I just tend to give away, I rate them 4.5 but thats only because I believe good quality books in mint condition should be valued higher, if they did this I would give them a 5.

Payment takes about a week after sending because the books are checked. None rejected on my latest trade. Some prices offered are very low but there are of course costs to cover - staff, postage etc and making a profit, so I am happy to accept that. I did have two books marked as not present, it is likely that I made a mistake because I was sorting a large number of books in a hurry but it is a reminder to check what I am packing against the packing list! Overall an easy way to move on books I no longer want and make space for more (I also buy from World of Books) so I will be sending more in due course.

Tried selling about 100 books and you only accepted 10 and your site keeps crashing every time I try and trade, I have to delete the app EVERY time and reinstall so frustrating and then I have to start all over again

Great way to get something for books etc you no longer need. Takes about a week to get parcel there and prices finalized. Be prepared to lose the books though- if they don't pass quality control, they won't be returned
