Okay, a better price overall for DVD's.Not great for books. Prices fluctuate constantly. Barcode scanner very hit and miss I am afraid to say. Forget trying to sell your CD's...they aren't interested at all. I have been using them for two years and can be picky regarding quality of items sent. Better than Zapper and Music Magpie overall. Best advice is to scan your items regularly. Payment is haphazard so keep pestering them for updates. Use PayPal to be honest. overall I rate them 4 out of 5. Good luck!!

I was quite disappointed at the amount of stuff they didn't take. I think some of the prices were a bit low. The courier service was very good and arrived on time. However, since my parcel went I have heard nothing from them and have not received any money. The scanner also was sometimes difficult to use.

I’m thinking of finding another Book seller to buy my books. You pay very little and recently I sent in a book which was in perfect condition and a first edition signed by the author/ designer which I know retails second hand £40 plus . You rejected it saying it was unacceptable condition ( presumably because it was signed) which is ridiculous . I have found Ziffit to be a convenient way to sell books but the fact you reject books often when they are perfectly fine is not right. I do think you should give the sender an opportunity to have the book returned even if you expect the postage to be paid by sender . I did try to cancel the trade because your website said you could do that but it turned out that you haven't implemented that feature yet. I have a huge amount of books I want to clear but before I consider trading with Ziffit again I’m going to see if there is an alternative book seller

I really am disappointed at the new way of selling with Ziffit. It is very inconvenient that ‘save until later’ has gone. Also it is not possible to always have £5 worth of books at any one time which means that when books are accepted but less than £5 they are not kept until one logs in again. I also do not find the new way of posting convenient. All in all the way of selling, previously excellent, has deteriorated. I will now have to re-consider whether to continue selling with Ziffit.

Excellent trade got correct money for trade as stated. A bit disappointed that I could not have my parcel collected, as it weighed over 5kg but was informed it now has to be over 9 kg to be collected via courier. So I have to ask a neighbour to take my parcel to a collection point. not very convenient but will use Ziffit in the future.

The courier collection is excellent. But sometimes I’m not satisfied that the books I know I sent are listed as not received or damaged.

Traded a few times now and always manage to lose a book to get out of paying, saying item not received. Its not as if they pay that much in the first place or take everything.

Your service, collection and speedy payment is good. However you paid £2 less than agreed and you now pay so little for many recent hardbacks in excellent condition that I feel trading with you is not worth the effort, I would rather give my books away.

Awful company, you post your books to them and then they change their mind about the agreed price, or even decide not to pay for items - after which, they refuse to return these items. Avoid like the plague.

Been using Zifit for a few years. Box up your items and they come collect. Could not be any easier. Payment takes about a week which is understandable as they have to check the items before payment is made. Not many deductions from my payments. Do wish though with the cost of living rising they would also start to increase the amount they pay per book.

This latest trade took far longer to process and I was becoming concerned. And then I found that Ziffit claimed one of the books was not received. Given I count all items prior to packing I know that the book was included hence must assume one of Ziffit's staff mislaid it during the process of logging received items. At £0.40 it's not a significant loss but it demonstrates that we "sellers" have no control over the process. On the last occasion Ziffit made a mistake it was corrected once a manager took control (the member of staff who initially replied didn't know the difference between a book and a music CD!) ... whether Ziffit will bother to investigate this time is another matter. Just beware: you may hand over your book/CD/DVD ... and be out of pocket.
