“Driver was told wrong location but he sorted it within a few minutes he was very polite and helpful would book again”

“Everything according to plan. Very good and clean mini busses. The driver who took us to the hotel from airport was very nice, helpful and friendly and I hope he gets this message. The driver who took us back was however in a very bad mood from the start...we were almoust afraid to talk in the bus. Maybe he had a bad day...”

“great service apart from return trip to airport, we booked and paid for a private transfer but on the return trip and without telling us ( 8 adults ) the driver went to another hotel and picked up 6 more adults”

“There was one problem we were a family of 6. 4 adults 2 children transfer was mini bus seat were so narrow you could not sit forward had to sit sideways we are normal sized people”

“Transfer was OK and on time - driver initially didn't want to come to our address (which was in an easily accessible street) and told us to meet him in a Piazza some distance away. Eventually our receptionist instructed him to attend our location, which he did.”

“This was my third or fourth holiday using ZIP transfers. In general I am happy with the service. However,on this occasion We reached the arrival lobby about 10 minutes before the driver. This shoul not happen- especially for a late evening flight on a Sunday night when traffic is light.”
