“The online booking process is excellent with every option available. The vehicle was of an adequate size and arrived on time for both journeys from and to the airport. I would have given this review 5 stars except that an essential prepaid infant seat was not provided for the return journey.”

“Price was very competitive. Driver was on time and easy to see at arrivals, driver was courteous and professional. Vehicle was clean and airy. Only issue I have is that the car seat included was at least 30 years old and needs updating asap, was not safe at all. Would definitely use this service again”

“Good prompt pick up from the airport to our villa, although on the return trip the coach did go to slightly the wrong address, so we had to contact the office who sorted this out for us.”

“Excellent service would highly recommend. The only reason I knocked one star off is because on the outward journey our flight was delayed and the driver wasnt there to meet us. One quick phone call and a driver was there within less than 10 minutes. Cheapest for private transfers too.”

“Used Zip in lots of different countries and they have never failed to let me down. They are always there on time and this time was no exception. Can not recommend them enough. Drivers always friendly and helpful.”

“I thought the service was very good. On our return leg, the driver was 15 mins early. However, on reflection the price was extortionate. We were staying in Matagorda and were charged over €50 for a return trip to airport. This is far too expensive.”

“Our experience has been good overall. Most of the time they were punctual. The drivers need to work on their punctuality otherwise they're polite and courteous. I would definitely recommend Zip transfers.”

“Had to wait in arrivals for about 10 mins as driver not there to meet us. Car was perfect and driver was very apologetic for being delayed and was very helpful and professional. overall a very good experience and good value for money.”

“We had a coupon this year because last year I complained that the driver was falling asleep. This year the driver was awake and alert both ways. He drove a little fast for my liking but I felt safe. We will probably use you again..”
