“There was some confusion finding the rep who took a while to find her. Then finding the driver was not straight forward. Once that was sorted all was ok. Will give your company another go next month when next in Alvor in June. Have for the last 3 years used Sun Transfers but found your company more competitive. So will see”

“Instructions were clear and our driver was waiting for us at the pick up point. He was polite and helpful and drove within the speed limits. The only difficulty was at Campanet where it was hard to find the property in the dark. I would use your company again”

“Driver was timely and efficient, however he talked on the phone (holding his phone in his hand) for the entire ride. His driving was fine, but I thought this was illegal in France. Also, he dropped us off at the terminal across from ours instead of our actual terminal and we had to walk a ways. I don't know if this was due to parking restrictions, but I did see that he immediately picked up a new group that was waiting where we were dropped off and I wondered if this was for their convenience instead of ours.”

“Taxi was waiting for us but missed him a few times as he had wrote my name so small i couldn't see it. Apart from that he was a gentleman. Great chat and very helpful. Same with return journey. Will definitely use again. Thanks.”

“We (5 adults) arrived at Lisbon Airport on May12 --the sign with my name was not to be seen at first then appeared. I identified myself and a woman representing your firm was rude telling me to stand over there--while she talked with others after a while the driver appeared--the drivers were great,professionalso I rate the experience as good--great without the input from the lady--evidently in charge. I like being met by my driver not a person evidently trying to do too many jobs. the return transfer was great--on time etc.”

“I was pleased with the service. Driver was a few minutes late to meet me at the airport, but immediately took my suitcase off me. Very nice, polite and friendly driver. I ordered a private taxi for myself, but I was picked up both ways in a 16 seater mini bus, which did seem a bit over the top for 1 passenger!!!! I would have preferred the car I ordered, as it’s easier to get in and out of. The same driver picked me up to return to the airport. He arrived early and again he helped me with my suitcase. I liked the fact I was given my return pick up time when I booked and did not need to ring and confirm while I was on holiday.”

“Yes, my man was there, he knew where he was going. However I tried to talk to him on route. Not engaging at all, no English it seems. Drivers are so important for the customers. Saying this, I'd have no problem using the service again.”

“very good timing on collection to airport. Unfortunately on arrival at Tenerife south I had to look for the taxi service as no-one was waiting with any sign. Minibus to transfer me to my hotel”

“Overall a good service, unfortunately on arrival the pick up Taxi was delayed but a quick call to the contact number had the issue resolved very quickly. The Return trip was all on schedule. I would certainly use Zip transfers again.”

“We were dropped off 500 meters from the door due to the coach not wanting to go up the road. We weren't greeted on arrival we waited outside for 5-10 minutes. Apart from that the transfer was speedy and efficient.”
