“The transfer was fine. It was the lack of signage at the bus desk in Alicante airport that was the issue. We were passed from one agent to the next before one of them figured out we were travelling with Beniconnect. While I'm here, there was an older woman there with an attitude problem towards a younger girl that was trying to help us. She seemed put out that the girl couldn't find our booking and she had to help. We will use your service again when we travel to Murcia in July”

“Drivers and vehicles excellent. Pick up times need to be to be looked at as they were half an hour late on our arrival at airport, and forty minutes early on departure from resort, lucky we were ready.”

“Overall very good. Took little bit of time to find our driver on our arrival as our bikes were delivered way down at the over sized luggage area. (far end). Way back good too. Overall punctual, safe and easy to set up.”
