“Courteous and efficient. However, there was some initial confusion as to where the pick up was. We were directed to the curb marked "Private Transfers" outside of Terminal 3 in the Barcelona cruise port, but the driver was waiting in the cab stand area. He did not meet us with a sign with our name, as stated in the travel voucher. After 2 calls to the office, he finally did introduce himself to us, and the rest of the transfer was smooth.”

“Great service, our was diverted and delayed and when we arrived they had tried to ring numerous times to arrange collection time. Very friendly staff will definitely be booking zip transfers again.”

“The airport transfer was good. The Van was in good condition and the driver was on time. I prefer that the driver follows google maps for the shortest route instead of garmin maps though. All in all, it was a very good service. Thanks.”

“Very pleased with transfer overall although driver wasn't there when we arrived in the arrivals area. Our plane arrived early so probably that was why. We had to wait about 10 minutes, so we were a bit worried that he might not arrive. He said it was something to do with the police in the car parking area.”

“Super service. Reliable. I would like to suggest that you mention clearly that, along with your credit card, it is necessary to use your pin number. Two of our group had no idea and had to pay for extra insurance at the desk.”
