“Although taxi didn’t turn up due to a ten hour flight delay a full refund was processed. Booked again for a return to the airport but again no taxi as accident on the motorway, another refund was given when called to complain. So yet to rate an actual service!”

“The service on the spot was excellent - the only problem is the online booking system which assumes that you have to arrive 2 hours before a flight and so you have to phone to sort it out. The people are great, the IT not so”

“the driver and car on the inbound journey was more professional. The driver was super friendly and chatty and very helpful with suggestions and ideas. The driver and van on the return journey was ok, but not nearly as friendly or professional looking, but there was nothing wrong with it, it just felt nicer coming into Lisbon than it did going back to the airport”
