Nothing but happy with the product and customer. I give them 10 out of 5 stars. We will be back for another when it is time but that may be awhile due to the quality of the product. I am sure it will out last her age and we will be getting a bigger in a few years as she grows.

For months I couldn't find a replacement trampoline mat for a Zupapa trampoline we bought from Amazon in 2017, which was unusable due to normal wear/tear and weather conditions. It was either out of stock or unable to find. I reached out to customer service via Zupapa's website on a whim. Ivy (in customer service) immediately responded and was prompt, professional, and helped me order a new mat. It was immediately shipped and my kids are thrilled to have their trampoline back! This was THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE I have received from an online provider in DECADES. IVY is a great communicator, prompt, efficient, followed through, and even prompted me to respond, when I was a bit slow in my communications, to make sure we had everything we needed. IVY was fantastic and from now on I will contact Zupapa directly for all my replacement parts. Thanks for a fantastic customer service experience! IVY is the BEST!!

I was having difficulty finding replacement items for my Zupapa trampoline. Everything said sold out. Then I read a comment in a thread how wonderful their customer service was so I took a chance and emailed the address on their site. I was a bit hesitant, to be honest. But to my surprise, they were so punctual with a return email and so very helpful. It was such a delightful experience.

I bought a 15' trampoline last year on Amazon. My boys love it, use it daily. The safety net started to tear in the spring. I figured I would just order a new one, because normal wear and tear. I couldn't find the part number, so I contacted Zupapa. Jenna answered my emails, where she had a few questions about the trampoline and part needed. She was awesome, professional and most importantly - helpful! She told me that Zupapa would send me a new safety net and I was surprised. Most companies don't stand behind their products this way - Zupapa has really made an impression here. The excellent customer service provided by Jenna and the no-nonsense commitment to their customers and products is appreciated. I recommend them to anyone reading this review. An excellent company, staffed with helpful people, with great products.

I have rarely had the opportunity to experience customer service that is this phenomenal. One of our net poles was broken during a windstorm, and it was replaced for free. It was shipped extremely quick, and I discovered another section of the pole was broken as well. I assumed I would have to pay for the portion that I missed the first time around, but Zupapa sent it to me free as well. They really stand by their product! Yucy was great and continuously followed up until everything was fixed. I have been extremely impressed and would highly recommend to anyone!

Zupapa Is fantastic. Betty was remarkable and helped me every step of the way. One of the ropes on my trampoline wore through, and my trampoline was out of commission. I contacted the Zupapa website and asked if it was possible to replace it, and she said yes. I then asked if it was possible to replace all 6 ropes, since my trampoline was 2 years old, I'd like the tension on the ropes to be even. She said all I would have to do is pay the shipping cost. So it all worked out, I'm using my trampoline and it feels like a new one. Thanks Betty!

We ordered a Zupapa 14ft trampoline in 2018 and have kept it outside (we live in MN so the weather can be a bit harsh) year after year. The quality of the trampoline is great as it has held up to the test of time even in our harsh winters. We just recently (4 years later) had to replace the padding over the springs and the safety net surrounding the trampoline, but I am very impressed by how well the trampoline has held up and look forward to having it for many more years. When working with the CSR (Green) at Zupapa he was great at helping me find the right replacement net to ensure I didn't get the wrong size/model, etc. i highly recommend the Zupapa brand!

We owned our trampoline for less than a year when the jumping mat was ripped. Within one business day of emailing customer services, I was connected with Yucy. In just a few days, Yucy helped me collect the information needed to make sure Zupapa sent me the correct replacement jumping mat and had a new one shipped to me. Zupapa's customer service is excellent!

My wife purchased a Zupapa exercise trampoline last year and we love it!! Very well built and great quality. However, the real shining star here is Zupapa's customer service. Unfortunately, we had one of the bungees break. I contacted customer service and very quickly we got a response and a new bungee was shipped to us. While we were installing the new bungee we noticed another one that was wearing out. i again contacted their customer support and a new replacement one was sent to us. Very very impressive!!!! I wish other companies would be this friendly and supportive of their customers.

Zupapa customer service is amazing. We had damage to our trampoline due to a wind storm (stake those babies down folks!!). I contacted customer service and quickly was able to get replacement parts without any hassle, and they shipped for free!!! Thank you for you quick and kind service.
