I bought this guide years ago and it is set up like the app with strength days and cardio days. It doesn't list weight recommendations but you can easily start light and increase as you gain strength. I loved it then and have completed it at least 3 times. I'll be honest I haven't used this guide since getting the app, but if for any reason I were to cancel the app subscription I'll have this I can go back to. The best thing is after completing one round you can start it again and increase weights so you'll always challenge yourself to get stronger.

I’m so glad I bought both of the hot body sweat guides love the different meal plans. Makes it easier having the meals planned out

I went into this program full of excitement and determination that this will be the program to really turn my life around and jumpstart my fitness journey. Although this program was amazing because it was awesome to challenge my body like this and I do feel stronger after doing the program for 8 weeks. It was also the first program I finished 100% and not stop halfway through! Unfortunately, I gained weight (and my measurements went up instead of down) so in the end, I didn't feel different, let alone looked different. I do give this program a thumbs up though because I loved the workouts! They were great! You can see my results in the post below where I show my before and after pictures. I love how Katie has compiled the best kind of workouts to help ladies become strong and fit, I have a suggestion where she can add a beginner's program that will condition someone who doesn't necessarily have the same background as others. For example, it is difficult for me to do pushups and full body Jack knives. I had to replace these exercises with easier and doable ones. Other than that, thank you so much for this guide. I am seeing changes even with slacking nutrition.

So so so happy I purchased this guide. I love how it’s laid out. It’s structured in a way that makes it so easy to follow. And it’s really enjoyable. Great for all levels of fitness from beginner to a more advanced. Awesome. If you’re thinking of getting it just do it you won’t regret it.

The workouts are awesome, they’re challenging without being so difficult that you want to just give up. I’m only halfway through Week 2, but I haven’t missed a day yet, can’t wait to see what progress I make in the next few weeks!
