“The customer service experience I had with Bare Cremation was quite simply second to none, that is, brilliant. The clarity of the discussions initially, the ability to totally take on a job and do it virtually without me having to lift a finger and without me having to worry about anything, the completion of the service before I had to pay one single cent, the value for money and the caring nature of the staff, it was all brilliant. I congratulate them whole-heartedly. I only wish they were in a line of business which I had a need for more often!”

“I was very happy with our celebrant Ronlyn Tranter, her calming nature allowed me to settle and find some peace within myself to get through my brothers service . Jebb did our post cards and was kind enough to adjust a little hiccup with no hassle , which was very appreciated. My disappointment was with my funeral arranger Brett Wade , I was notified the day before the funeral service that the catering in the tea room would not be taking place due to the amount of people. Luckily we were able to put a function on and the First & Last hotel . Secondly I rang bare cremations yesterday 18/10 to enquire about my brothers ashes 5 weeks on from his funeral service only to speak to a lovely lady by the name of Natalie to find out his ashes have been available to pick up . I did not receive an email or phone call to advise me of this which has upset me deeply, yet Natalie sent an email In 10 minutes to advise me of the process. . Disappointed with my with Brett otherwise I would have definitely scored higher.”

“From the day I contacted Bare I received excellent service. I dealt with Brett for my father and Natasha for my mother, both were very caring and guided me through all aspects from the medical paperwork, cremation and the return of my parents ashes. They made the process feel simple and stress-free during this difficult time and kept me updated on the progress of every stage. The dashboard is invaluable guiding through the steps to take to finalise everything. Thank you to Brett and Natasha and the entire Bare team for your professionalism, compassion, and care. You made an incredibly hard time so much easier to manage, and I’ll always be grateful.”

“I can't thank Bare Funerals enough for the care and compassion they showed during the most difficult time of my life saying goodbye to my partner, Damon. From the first moment, they treated Damon and our family with such dignity, warmth, and understanding. Every detail of the service was handled with kindness and respect, and it truly reflected the person Damon was - loving, gentle, and deeply cared for by everyone who knew him. Our son Jason and I are so grateful for the support we received, and for helping us create a farewell that was both beautiful and meaningful. Thank you for making sure Damon's memory was honoured exactly the way he deserved. And thank you for bringing Damon home to be with his family.”

“Given l was upset because of the loss of my mum, the online process was far better for me, as opposed to dealing with extra people. I like the fact of not feeling guilty, for not having a conventional funeral. There were only 5 of us to celebrate my mum's life. It was affordable without the fuss or extra expenses. Grieving is just the same, no matter the financial circumstances; one less stressor is welcomed. Thank you! Bare”

“I was extremely happy with the way your people cared for us at this time. The paperwork was a bit tricky but as you recomended it be done on a computer, much better. Anything that had to be followed up was promptly and with any phone calls I was treated with the greatest respect. You also offered a lot of after services. The death certificate came very promptly, much quicker than other times I had to deal with this. Thank you and Christopher and myself will be exploring your service for us. Lee Whant”

“Arranging funerals is never going to be an easy time for the grieving and for myself having to deal with the loss of the love of my life and a truly special lady it was the hardest thing I have ever had to do. My late wife, Karen, had even tried to make it easy for me and had already contacted Bare Funerals and left me instructions as to what to do. I have to thank everyone at Bare for talking me through it and making it as simple and stress free as possible. I would not say it was 'painless' but that was beyond their reach anyway. Thanks for taking care of my beautiful wife and helping me get through it.”

“Omg where do I start Bare Funerals have been the most beautiful people on earth. Their support to us was absolutely amazing. Not only at the start of us losing our beautiful daughter but for many weeks since. You would have to have rocks in your head if you don’t give Bare Funerals a call.
