“The customer service experience I had with Bare Cremation was quite simply second to none, that is, brilliant. The clarity of the discussions initially, the ability to totally take on a job and do it virtually without me having to lift a finger and without me having to worry about anything, the completion of the service before I had to pay one single cent, the value for money and the caring nature of the staff, it was all brilliant. I congratulate them whole-heartedly. I only wish they were in a line of business which I had a need for more often!”

“I was in a real pickle my mum had died and my Dad had been rushed to hospital same day and told he has stage 4 cancer so planning and having a funeral was a nightmare bare worked with me to do what we could at the time I really appreciate all they did and how compassionate they were with my situation. I had nothing but appreciation for Bare”

“From the moment dad passed you don’t realise how tough is going to be when you obviously haven’t had to go through it ever before. From Elle’s first phone call to the last she was nothing but a pleasure to deal with. All correspondence from verbal to email was always timely and professional. Thank you bare and Elle for a difficult experience made a lot easier….”

“My experience of Bare has been extremely positive. The communication has been very clear, effective and the dashboard is excellent. My one suggestion is this- the young woman who returned my Mum's ashes was lovely but didn't bother to sit down only stayed 2 minutes. It's a very emotional time receiving my Mum's ashes and just five minutes of her sitting down to talk about it would have been lovely.”

“Overall, the service from Barr was excellent. The only complaint that I could make is that the online forms that I had to fill out had some drop down menus, & they did not always have the necessary details. For example, one asked for my relationship with the deceased, but did not include options of friends, or executor. These are simple to fix, & I have no doubt that Bare will do so.”

“I am so grateful to the staff at Bare funerals who took much of the stress and worry from arranging the cremation my loved one. The cost was so reasonable and there were no hidden charges. The whole experience felt so personal and everyone I had dealings with was so kind and respectful. I highly recommend Bare Funerals and would certainly reach out to them again should the need arise.”

“At a really difficult time, Bare really is brilliant. They have answered every question with clarity and been there for every step of the way. Their professional staff have responded in record time. Their ongoing help with lawyers and probate has also been excellent. Unfortunately, we have had 2 of our parents pass in the same week and although Bare could not help us with the second process, they are doing probate. So, we have had 2 funerals to organize and Bare certainly came up trumps. We plan to use them when our time comes, hopefully not too soon!”

“My Mum & Dad purchased a Bare cremation package in 2022. We lost Mum at the end of July 2025. From the first phone call made to Bare we recieved care and compassion and felt supported. Access to a Dashboard that tracked the process made tasks easier. The arranger we had made contact by phone and sent regular emails to keep us updated and check in on our general wellbeing. I highly recommend Bare Funerals & Cremation Services.”

“The care and compassion Bare gave to me at such a difficult time was the comfort I needed after the passing of my beloved mum. Being allocated a person who walked me through everything was a godsend. My mums ashes were personally delivered to me with love and empathy.
