Her username is EM1 I had done a comparison quote on Uswitch and then rang and she ran through everything which was very helpful as some of the information I had entered on-line was incorrect. She was also able to obtain further discount for me which I thought was excellent as she could have not bothered.
I just hope that your customer service is as good once you have obtained your customers as most companies don't provide good after care service and leave you hanging on the phone for ages, please don't be like the rest.”

The email looked like a hoax. It didn't address me properly, just "Dear Customer". It didn't have any logos nor any signature or contact details. Just a phone number.
I'd recommend that you have a more professional looking email. I was tempted to trash it thinking it must be hoax. It was not until I verified the phone number matched your website phone number that I realised that it wasn't.”
“I spoke to a nice lady EM1who went through the policy with me. I saw the policy through internet website moneysupermarket.com. It takes a while on the telephone to go through everything that is already on the internet but I could not use the internet web link to go through to One Call to confirm and pay for the policy. I appreciate your call centres are busy but they really need to slow down a little when reading their script so that one can hear and digest what is being said. She was able to access the on line account I was on and helped me from what she could see. I am happy with the policy. I already have car insurance through One Call and expected a discount but the price was still kept the same. Overall a good experience. It is what it is!”
