“I almost never say this but I was completely satisfied with your service. Everyone was knowledgeable, dependable, and friendly!! I had a new battery delivered and installed in my dead car in a VERY short amount if time saving me considerable time and energy. The customer service rep even knew that I had initially ordered the wrong battery and helped me correct that!! Thank you all for a great experience!!”

“This is a wonderful service. My battery died on a Friday evening. I ordered the service at 6am on Saturday. Kyle the technician arrived with a new battery before noon. He changed it out in 20 minutes. He was professional and friendly. I will use this service again and tell my circle about it. Additionally the cost was under $300. I have an HHR. Walmart's battery was over $300 and I would need to wait 5 days for it to be installed. Thank you 1-800 batteries. Thank you Kyle!”
