“This is my 4th time using your service and battery products. Each time has been great and always can rely on fantastic customer service. From my first call with Joe to the follow up call after and all the way to the service technician that came to my house to replace the car battery were all exceptional! Kudos to your company for still providing excellent customer service along with the products! I will never use another service for my automobile batteries other than 1-800-Battery. Hard to find help in these days without costing an arm and newborn! You guys have proven and shown otherwise. Thank you from a loyal and long life customer!”

“This was my first time using 1800Battery for services. My experience was a phenomenal one. They provided reliable and quick service. Our technician Roy Baez was very knowledgeable of his duties and engaged with us as if he had known us all his life. It was a pleasure meeting him, and I’d recommend this company to anyone. “The technician, Eric, showed up on time and was very nice. He was obviously knowledgable about more than just batteries, but cars in general. There were some things he had to work around to fix, like a stripped bolt, loose wiring, etc. but did so with a great level of knowledge and ingenuity to make everything fit and work properly. In the end, the car started the first time and the stats on the battery and alternator were right on. I was very impressed and enjoyed talking with Eric the whole time while he explained things to me so I could understand it a little better myself. Great job Eric! Thank you!”

“I would use this company again as the technician who installed my battery was awesome. However, I shouldn’t be allowed to choose a timeframe when I scheduled online. No one apparently was available during the time I selected. They sent someone later but I found out last minute and had to rearrange my schedule a little. Online forms are impersonal.”

“The initial estimate for the battery and delivery was less than what it actually was but in line with other companies. It was an easy process online to order and schedule. The technician was a bit late outside of the scheduled time but the instillation was done quickly and well. Thanks”
