“My Technician was Chassan , brought a 12 volt battery for my Nissan Leaf electric car ! Was kept up to date from start finish and was done within an hour ! Took old EV battery ! Had an appt this morning that had to be rescheduled, got in the car and dashboard said no battery ! No warning either ! Thank you 1800batteries , I have put your contact info in my phone your price certainly beats the Nissan Dealer prices to install that battery ! You also pay the battery online !”

“Schedule on a Saturday an appt for a battery changed for Sunday early afternoon. They got here really early on Sunday which was welcomed as I was home and I know I got lucky. Tech was really nice, professional and it was all done in less than 5/7 mins. Service is really quick and convenient.”

“The guy on the phone was very helpful in getting me the right battery, received tracking info of my tech so I knew how far away he was. The tech was very friendly and installed my new battery. I gave him a tip too! Lots of stars for the whole experience!!!”

“Best car repair experience ever! No hassle, quick turnaround, good email updates and reasonably priced. I know the technicians are subcontracted out, but I must tell you Tameron L. in Tampa was personable, professional, neat and efficient. A very well spoken young man with wonderful manners. “I was completely stranded and 1-800-Battery came out right away and changed the battery on my car and got me up and running fast! The technician was really great, and very friendly. I would definitely recommend the service!”

“They said they would get to me from 11 am to 1 pm. They showed up at 2 pm. However, replaced the battery in ten minutes and my truck is back in operation. Best money spent on car repair ever! This was convenient and the service was very good.”
