“I think that 1800 Battery was very helpful in getting a battery for in for my car. they keep me informed when it was coming. I did had a problem but they solved it.”

“I was so happy to have a highly competent mechanic come to my house to replace the battery in my car. (Sheldon is terrific!) It’s an expensive service, but was well worth it for me. And also a shout out to the customer service people manning the 800 number - I spoke with a couple of them and felt reassured that the service requested would be the service provided - and it was. (Seems important to mention in this day and age of low quality - 1-800-Battery stands out as a high quality operation. 10/10 would recommend!)”

“When I placed my order, the window I selected was 8-10 am. The battery didn't get installed until after that window but it was not the fault of the installer. There seems to be some integration issues between Affirm and 1800 battery. Also there was a lag in customer service responding to my inquiry. Once dispatched, the installer did a great job and was very efficient.”

“This was the best experience with battery replacement that I have ever had! I ordered on line and then picked a delivery time and the battery and gentleman who would install arrived. “Very happy with the service provided. I was called within a hour of making my online request. Tech arrived and replaced my dead car battery with the new battery I had selected and took the old battery with him. Couldn't be easier or more convenient! Happy customer!”
