“I was skeptical at first since I had not used this service before. It was so easy and it worked. I put in my information and my preferred time. During that time slot, my technician showed up, tested my battery--and installed a new battery. The whole thing took about 15 minutes versus droppping off my truck or sitting in a repair shop for a few hours. Would definitely use it again.”

“Yesterday I woke up to head to the gym and my BMW X5 wouldn't start. I drove my partner's car and when I got home at 6:30 am I googled replacement battery for BMW X5. I wasn't sure if the battery was the problem, but I figured I might as well replace it myself instead of having my car towed to the dealership where I knew they would charge me an arm and a leg. I placed my order and by 7:10 am I got a text that my order had been dispatched. By 11:40, I got an alert that the battery was on the way and a notice about who the technician would be. Minutes later I got a call from the technician. He came to the house, met with my partner, got the battery changed, did the registration or recalibration that BMW requires and confirmed that my car started. I am super grateful that I found this service because I know the dealership would have charged me three-four times what I paid 1-800-Battery. I have not been able to stop talking about 1-8-Battery and I will definitely recommend it to friends, familty members and anyone else that I encounter. Thank you.”

“I didn't know the service existed but an experience not too long ago with getting my windshield replaced made me think to look. Most people will have seen the Safelite TV ads where the service comes to you to quickly and professionally replaces your windshield. I did this and it worked great. So, what I can tell you is that 1-800-Battery provided the same great experience, which was even more convenient since I didn't have to get my car towed someplace to get a new battery put in. “Our tech arrived and completed the job quickly and efficiently. He was polite and cordial and the whole process was great. I’m particularly happy with the service as I am disabled and getting to the auto store would’ve been difficult.”
