“My 2018 Cadillac's battery died in my garage at 7:00PM on Saturday 8/31/24. I discovered 1800battery.com on Google search and placed my battery replacement order with them at 7:48PM. They acknowledged my very reasonably priced order immediately! On Sunday 9/1/24 at 9:06AM (Labor Day Weekend) I received an email stating that my order status had been changed to Driver Assigned/Pickup! I then received a text at 11:28AM that their technician was on on his way with their new battery and would arrive in about one hour! Their technician, Jeff Walker, arrived at 12:06PM and proceeded to remove my dead battery and install my new AC Delco battery which was an identical replacement! Jeff did a great job completing the replacement at 12:50PM and checking my alternator which was correctly charging the new battery that already had been delivered fully charged! My order was completed in only 17 hours from the time it was placed and the battery was delivered and installed! I highly recommend this company's battery replacement service and their very capable technician, Jeff Walker!”

“The technician arrived within the requested time frame. I was able to track him in real time due to their advanced technology. Was a professional, efficient, and battery installed within a few minutes. Had a question regarding battery. Called customer service and representative answered my questions. All in all a pleasant experience.”

“The young man seemed quite competent on installing the battery. The old battery was the original battery, so the tech had a difficult time disconnecting it. But he got it finished and my car just purred!!”

“Very happy with the service I received it was quick and thorough. The technician not only tested my battery to make sure I really needed it, but also my alternator and cleaned off my terminals and pointed out one that would need future replacement. Will use again and have recommended this service already to two friends.”

“Very happy with my service call. Needed a new battery and he came out. Checked my old battery first to make sure it was truly dead. Checked alternator. Cleaned terminals. Let me know that one of them would need replacement. Very pleasant and thorough. Will use this service again. Have already recommended it to two others as well.”

“The technician Ron was overly qualified and very thorough. The job was complicated, as there were two batteries in the same vehicle. The manual was incorrect and indicated that there should be only one battery. He traced circuits and made sure to install the correct battery in the correct location. Ron made me feel comfortable that the job was done right and he made sure I was satisfied with the outcome before he left.”
