“At first after reading the online reviews I was a little apprehensive but the entire first experience was extremely good for me. I was able to finance the battery through Affirm which was a big help and went smoothly due to past positive transactions I've had with them. Terry the technician came out and was a little early which was good. He checked the car first to make sure I needed a battery and then quickly installed it. Afterwards we tested and started and turned off the car and waited a few minutes for about 4X and I was confident all was fine. I am very pleased with the service I received today and would definitely the entire process all over again. Thank you. I give 5 out of 5 stars.”

“Came out to a dead battery this Friday morning. Did an internet search and found 1-800-Battery and they seem to fit all my needs. Booked an appointment for 11 am and was notified by email and text that they could come out earlier with the proper battery. The technician, Yousif, was friendly, enthusiastic and quickly installed the battery. This company fit my needs for a mobile service with the correct battery and quick install.”

“I was very impressed and happy with the service. Other companies had scedule dates days ahead but you wre able to come out within hours. I was kept informed og progress and the technican was friendlt and quick. Overall a 5 star rating”

“Always so quick to respond and same day battery changes! They are so quick and friendly she only took 15 minutes of my time and made sure everything was working appropriately. Very, very happy with the customer service I received. Plus, they give you 3 tier options of the batteries, and they include warranties!”

“The technician who came to my home to install the new battery was wonderful; they were professional, laid back, and got right to it. They had the battery installed in under 10 minutes. He did a wonderful job and made sure everything was working before leaving. The shopping and checkout process was simple and knowing that a technician would be out the same day is why I chose 1-800-Battery. And the cost of the battery and installation wasn’t anymore or much more than if I had it done at a shop or done it myself. If I ever need service like this again I’ll definitely be coming back. Let’s just hope I don’t need it! But if I do, I know which vendor I’m going with. Please, don’t change for the worse! Get better and do whatever you can to make sure the techs and other employees are taken care of. You’re incredible now - keep that momentum going to set a standard for this industry. 10 out of 5 stars.”

“I was notified on the day of my scheduled service that my battery wasn't available and would have to reschedule my service to the following day. Which we did, that being said, service was professional, took less than an hour and was relatively within the time frame quoted. Price was compareable and actually a bit cheaper, thanks to a coupon code, to other quotes I received before getting in touch with 1800Battery.”

“Easy, quick and much more reasonably-priced alternative to taking my Mercedes Benz to a dealership for a simple battery replacement. The service technician arrived the same day and replaced my battery in a matter of minutes. I would definitely use 1-800-Battery or recommend the company to my friends.”

“Process from start to finish was straight forward and simple. Had the battery ordered and paid for by 9am. The technician arrived and had it replaced by noon; he was friendly and efficient. Would have been less expensive to replace myself but that morning I needed fast and convenient. Overall, please with the service, was great in a pinch.”

“I was very pleased with the ease of the process. Very stressful when your car battery just dies but 1-800-Battery made it easy. Kept updating the status of my order and Walter the technician was wonderful. Friendly, knowledgeable and efficient and I didn't have to leave home.”
