“I have a four star rating due to 2 things….the phone call did not work. The recording kept repeating it was a one minute wait even after 30 minutes and me hanging up. Secondly, I have yet to see anything about my 36 month warranty even after the technician said it would come in an email. Other than those two things everything else was perfect. Technician was friendly and helpful, chat person was efficient and courteous, from beginning to end approx 90 minutes. Simple and easy. Would do again”

“I was quoted a price of $285 for my battery out the door. I was required to pay upfront so I gave my credit card info on the phone. After the battery was installed I was charged the $284.99 plus tax plus a $25 trip charge. I called the 800 number and was told that the extra charges would be taken off….they weren’t. Nice way to rip off a senior on fixed income but a very poor business model. I won’t ever use 800-Battery again and I’ll tell anyone that asks not to use it. I’m putting this on Yelp as well.”

We looked up your order and your "25 Mileage" Fee was removed. On top of that it looks like your 2013 Mercedes Benz required a higher end battery as well. Please revise as none of this is true.

“Everything went great except I asked for a 2pm slot and the gentleman didn't get there until 5:30. Those appointment times shouldn't be available if they can't be meet.”

“I have only good things to say about 1-800-Battery. My car was completely dead in my garage. Rob came out several hours after my call and replaced my battery. I was notified he was on his way and could track him on my phone. He did a great job.”

“Well calling was a bit of an issue recording kept saying your wait time was less than a minute for about 10 minute. And the web site said that the est time was 105 min. But when I checked out est went to 7 hrs. But the the service when I Big Rob showed up was very good”

“The Service was great. I order over the phone, the representative was well informed in the options of different batteries available for My 2016 Cadillac SRX He reassured me of my concern: Changing the battery should follow a procedure of maintaining the information in the computer, so the car should be under some some alternate power. The service Technician was at my place within 2 hours, with Uber like updates in his progress. He connected the Car to a power source , and the battery was changed under 10 Min!! Strongly recommend this service.!”
