“The man opened the battery compartment under the seat but said he did not have his tools to remove the seat and left the cover on the back seat floor. You should send someone to put is back!!! It turns out the battery was fine. It just needed to be charged.”

“Good technician and good outcome at the end by they do not respect all the time. You have to keep calling. Waited for 3h delay despite having an appointment booked 3 days in advance. More importantly rude operators who tell you the technician is few minutes away every 30mn while you wait for 3hours. What a shame”

“Went very smoothly. Turns out the old battery was seven years old and was due for a change out long ago. Your Tech was surprised it lasted that long. I liked that he checked that the battery replacement amps was the correct sizing for the replacement. Glad I called you.”
