“The service was easy to set up. I was not in need of emergency service so I simply waited for when a tech would be available. Service was quick, an hour or two. The installation was also quick with no surprises. Pricing reasonable, slightly more than if I went to a service center. But for the convenience, it was well worth it. Definitely will use them again.”

“I called the 800 number and scheduled an appointment for service. The service person arrived on time and completed replacement of my battery. He checked the equipment and said I was good to go. Easy Peasy.”

“The service was everything I expected and hoped it would be. Their up-to-the-minute updates on when my order would be fulfilled, by whom, and when they would arrive was amazing. The last thing you want is to be waiting around for a service technician not knowing when they will be there. My order was also picked up quickly, and the technician was out there and completed my battery installation in a very timely manner. The tech also explained to me elements of my battery need based on my vehicle that was helpful for the future. I cannot overstate the value of this service, the price difference in having to go pick up and install a new battery yourself is very worth it.”

“I needed to replace a battery for my Chevrolet Cargo Van. They had the battery in stock and were able to install quickly. They provided tracking information and installed the battery in my Van within a short period of time while it was parked in my driveway. They took away the old battery. Pricing was competititve and service was quick. 3 year battery replacement on the new battery is a plus.”

“Person that came to replace the battery was not an employee of the company. It was a third party. If I had known this, I will not have purchased from you. Battery installed was not the same as what I purchased from your website either. The brand was unknown. Just hoping you honor the warranty.”

“I was stuck with a dead battery and i was happy to find your service. I would have bugged a friend to take the battery out, drive me to buy a new one, and then put the battery in (if we even had the right tools) Your technician came even before scheduled and within 20 minutes I was ready to go.”

“Super easy to book online, the person who ended up changing my battery was super nice & quick. My only suggestion would be that if you book the day before for 'first available,' it actually won't tell you the time someone is coming out the next day - it will only update the next day.”
