“Extremely easy, we made the appointment late at night when we realized the battery was dead, and got an appointment for 9:00 the very next morning......you showed up as promised, replaced the battery, and I was able to make a doctor appointment 3 hours later! Great job!”

“Awesome service! They came within an hour & 1/2! Approximately $100 dollars over the cost of the battery at an auto parts store; & Allstate gives me $100 for battery change; so really only cost me the cost of the 🔋 battery! Tech was professional & polite!”

“My app't was for 8-10 on Friday. I had an important meeting at 12:00. Tech arrived at 12:15. That was inexcusable. Why set a time when it means nothing? It ruined my whole day, and I completely missed the important meeting. I will not use or recommend this service. Period.”

“Very easy site to navigate. Ordered a battery in early am, it was installed by 11:00 am. Only recommendation is that they include the warranty for the battery in an email. I did not receive any warranty information.”
