“Eddie Davis was the person who replaced the new battery on Sunday. He was knowledgeable, professional, and courteous throughout the process even though it was on Sunday. He was explaining beyond what I asked to help me be informed for my decision. It's pricy to get your battery replaced via 1800battery but considering all factors it was worth it. I'd highly recommend Eddie for your roadside help and his knowledge of the batteries.”

“When my car battery died I scheduled an appointment to have it replaced. The technician who came, Maverick, explained to me that the battery currently in my car was under warranty. He got the car started for me. I returned the battery to where I bought it and he was correct, it was under warranty and I received a new battery. Thank you Maverick for your help and the good advice.”

“Great professional and courteous service. Needed a battery for my pickup, found 1-800-Battery online. Glad I did! Scheduled my appointment for a time that was convenient for me, attendant Chris arrived and in no time I’m on the road. It’s was that easy! I will definitely use this service again.”

“Fantastic service!! I ordered around lunch time on a Saturday, and by 2:30 the technician was there, had tested and replaced my battery. Talk about easy. Soooooo much better than spending a few days in dead battery danger zone waiting to get my vehicle into the shop only for them to keep it for 1 to 2 days because they're so backed up. I will absolutely use this service again in the future.”

“I was informed by text when the technician was on his way and when he arrived. The technician arrived on time. We needed the battery in our Ford Escape replaced and the job was professionally done to my satisfaction. I am very happy with the installation.”

“This was excellent service. The technician messaged prior to his arrival, confirmed where to meet me, and then took care of everything efficiently. Definitely worth scheduling your appointment to minimize any hassle or concerns. He had me test the battery twice before taking off. Eldreek Whitaker in Alexandria, VA was considerate, friendly, and made it look simple. Can’t say enough about the on-ground interaction, he was just a consummate professional!”
