“I have a Fiat E.AAA would not honor the service they were going to tow my car to a repair facility! So finding battery was not easy.After some phone calls and research online i found 1800 battery.I did it over the phone to make sure i ordered the right Battery .Even then the technician arrived with the wrong one but it was really easy to contact customer service and the technician was back in no time with the right one all this in the right time window”

“Very pleased to find a company that would come to my home to replace my car battery that died. The installer arrived at 9pm after a long day (following Hurricane Ian) and did a very professional job. I would definately call 1-800-battery again should the need arise.”

“I am thrilled with this service! I work from home and it is difficult for me to get out during the day to run errands and take care of the issue I was having with my battery. The battery in my vehicle is not in a typical place under the hood either so it was a little more complicated, to me anyway, so it made it difficult for me to do this on my own. Beyond all of that it was extremely convenient I made the purchase in the morning and by the end of the day the battery was replaced, the technician was awesome, very kind and was out of there in 15 minutes. Can't say enough about how happy I am with this service”

“Service was timely, when times had to change due to travel, everything was promptly updated and accurate. The tech was kind, quick, and personable. Would absolutely use this service again (though, for obvious reasons, I hope I won't have to)”
