“Arrived early thankfully he was a good mechanic. Airbox, sensors and air box tray had to be removed so he could get to the battery. This was no problem for your installer. He was done in 20 minutes very professional .”

“Great service. My car battery died in my garage at noon on a Friday with no way to move the truck since it was in Park. I called the 800 number and they arranged for a technician (independent contractor) to come out at 6 pm that day. He arrived on time, identified himself, brought the battery and a full set of tools and 30 minutes later I had a new Duralast Platinum battery installed. Sure the price is a bit high, but my local Ford dealer couldn’t help me until 3 days out and I avoided a lot of hassle. My experience was about as good as it gets. Highly recommend this service.”

“The technician that came was friendly and knowledgeable and did an excellent job very quickly. My battery was replaced without losing any memory as he connected an auxiliary while removing my old one and he was done in less than 30 minutes.”

“The battery delivery work is scheduled easily over the phone or email. Be sure if you're paying from one address and the work is being done at a different place, that you are clear - write that in the order notes. The gentleman that shows up to do the work, Eddie Davis, is a pro - efficient & knowledgeable. He gets it done right and quickly.”
