“The company is awesome. They show up in all kinds of situations and buildings. I happen to live in an apartment building with locked doors. When Kamill tried to call (three times) my phone kept identifying his call as spam. I never picked up. He called the company and they let me know that he was outside. I was impressed. He could have left with all the proof in the world that he had been there, but he chose to stay. Once he got started, I did not have to babysit, he knew what he was doing. I tried to start the process myself, (how hard could it be to change a battery?) but wherever I called or went to, I was told that this particular battery should be replaced by the dealer. I resigned myself to this, to plan another day in a busy schedule to get this done. As I sat down at my computer to look for a dealership near me, I came across 1-800-Battery and I thought, "let's give it shot". Well to make a long story short, the rest is history. For a few pennies more, they took the hassle out of trying to locate a battery for this car and saved me considerably less than what the dealership wanted! If you are looking for a battery for your car...do yourself a favor, and give this company a call!”

“The only think I would say was giving times for your personal to show up he works full time so when you say he will be there between 4-6 that was never going to happen . He was great did a great job”

“I was without a car for a couple days. I called them around 12pm while at work by 1:30pm they came to my house and replaced my battery. I was able to go home for break at 2:00 and my car was ready to go. Thank you for the the great service.”

“was very happy overall. The only issue was that the service tech was about 2 hours later than promised, but he did come and 1-800 Battery communicated with me very well. Once the tech arrived he was very nice and professional, as well as informative. I would not hesitate to call upon 1-800 Batteries again. Thank you.”
