“I loved this service. Quick and easy to find the battery I needed at a reasonable price. Having someone come to my house and install it was great! Young man who came was wonderful and a great representative of the company. Service in coming to my house was quick and I highly recommend.”

“My stepson's car's battery died and wouldn't take a charge. We needed a new battery. Luckily the car problem happened at home, so, we looked on line and read about 1-800Battery.com. I called the number, spoke to Joe, giving him the car info. He said he'd have the right battery for the car,scheduled a technician for later that day, between 8am and 10am. The tech was slightly delayed, but still arrived by 11:15am. The technician did exactly what was advertised and after about 20 minutes we weee able to drive the vehicle. The whole experience was super easy, and the service was great. Highly recommend 1-800-Battery.”

“I give it a 4.5 only because I got them on a very cold and busy day and the service was a little slow. Aside from that everything else was a 5. Therefore I gave them a 5 because I really believe that they tried to get to me as fast as they could. However this is not who I would call in an emergency.”

“I was expecting less from 1-800-Battery than I got. First, they took all my information and said they would send someone within a half hour. Second, not only did the workers show up, but they sent me a text to give me the workers' names, but they showed up within ten minutes of that time. They did a fantastic job of changing out my battery, but they also cleaned any corrosion that was in the area. I'd be happy to call them the next time I need a battery replaced.”

“Wow, Once again a truly fantastic service. Jeff is meticulous and knowledgeable and a true pleasure to watch as he quickly and carefully completes the mission at hand. A bonus for me is the test of the charging system at the end of the installation, assuring that I won't be calling again in a week because my battery isn't charging! I appreciate the quality of the product and 1-800-Battery's motivated effort to complete this service on the same day that I booked it. You have reinforced my decision to go with your service.
