“The price was reasonable. The installer was friendly and efficient on a day with heat index of 114. He made me feel like my satisfaction was important to him. Notification about when and who was going to show up was excellent. I am a very happy customer.”

“It was one of the easiest experiences to get my Mom's BMW battery replaced. Her car was dead at 10am and by 3pm she had a new battery replaced in the convenience of my garage. The BP Motor Car Program sent a local contact to jumpstart and he recommended 1 800 battery. It turned an unexpected unknown car nightmare to an easy fix. Thank you,”

“Jayden took my call..When I was trying to pay, my credit card wouldn't go through. He said to call him back and he could still get me scheduled for the same day. I did and all was well.. Damon Gilliland, technician, was quick and very professional. He understood I was at work and did the battery transfer on his own and returned my keys when finished. The arrival timing was just as promised. Very happy I chose 1-800- battery.”

“My 2018 Cadillac's battery died in my garage at 7:00PM on Saturday 8/31/24. I discovered 1800battery.com on Google search and placed my battery replacement order with them at 7:48PM. They acknowledged my very reasonably priced order immediately! On Sunday 9/1/24 at 9:06AM (Labor Day Weekend) I received an email stating that my order status had been changed to Driver Assigned/Pickup! I then received a text at 11:28AM that their technician was on on his way with their new battery and would arrive in about one hour! Their technician, Jeff Walker, arrived at 12:06PM and proceeded to remove my dead battery and install my new AC Delco battery which was an identical replacement! Jeff did a great job completing the replacement at 12:50PM and checking my alternator which was correctly charging the new battery that already had been delivered fully charged! My order was completed in only 17 hours from the time it was placed and the battery was delivered and installed! I highly recommend this company's battery replacement service and their very capable technician, Jeff Walker!”

“The young man seemed quite competent on installing the battery. The old battery was the original battery, so the tech had a difficult time disconnecting it. But he got it finished and my car just purred!!”
