“My call was amswereed promptly by a REAL person. Liked that a lot. I ws goimg to have them come out the next morning but the fellow said today was still possible. The installer made it just in time within my waiting window. Loved the convenience.”

“This was the best service ever! I went on line at 11:30 am, there was sn appointment available at2pm-4pm...booked it. Had several update messages, technician arrived about 3, with the battery installed it and by 3:30 my new battery was installed...GREAT SERVICE!”

“Our Technician arrived late, but we had been informed about that. No problem. Paul worked diligently and effectively, and completed his task in the time he quoted. He was friendly and knowledgeable, and we were so pleased with the outcome we gave him a couple of fresh baked Christmas cookies for the road! Thanks Paul! “I came out in the morning and my car battery was completely dead. I found your website, filled out the information form and within a few hours the highly trained tech arrived with a new battery. Twenty minutes later I was up and running again. What a great service!”

“The 1-800-Battery.com tech arrived on a cold day and got right to work. Very efficient and knowledgeable, and too, the trouble to start the car several times to make sure that all was well. The battery was so dead that I had been reluctant to jump start the car and then drive to get the battery replaced. Having the battery replaced on site was a welcome alternative. Would certainly use this service again.”

“I was on a trip to Alexandria VA (400 miles from home) and my battery died at 5:00pm on Friday. After an hour of searching and trying to decide what to do, I found 1-800-Battery.They gave me choices and I picked one and was able to make an appointment for them to come to me and install the battery on Saturday between 8-11:00 am. The communication was great,he's showed up , was very professional and did a great job. I paid a lot for the whole thing but there is no way I could have done it myself. So glad I called them.”
