“I didn't know the service existed but an experience not too long ago with getting my windshield replaced made me think to look. Most people will have seen the Safelite TV ads where the service comes to you to quickly and professionally replaces your windshield. I did this and it worked great. So, what I can tell you is that 1-800-Battery provided the same great experience, which was even more convenient since I didn't have to get my car towed someplace to get a new battery put in. Highly recommended! Bill Fallon Montclair, New Jersey”

“My truck battery died when I got to work. No one local hade the size battery in stock. 1800-battery had the battery delivered to my place of work and the tech had it installed in minutes. ALL BEFORE LUNCH! Tech was great. This service saved me from an awful day.”

“Dead car battery in the driveway, scheduled service online after finding them on a Google search. It said the ETA would be tomorrow but got an update via text there was a status change and that they would instead arrive in an hour. Great surprise. Shows you the GPS location of the technician which was convenient. Checked battery to confirm it was dead and replaced it on the spot. Sometimes fast and easy is a great thing! Fantastic work!”
