“Technician was good however the process was stressful. The time frame given was falsely advertised. Had 2 different ETAs given upon checking status and ended up waiting for more than 5hrs which was way beyond the first quoted time of 45mins-1hr wait time.”

“The overall service was exceptional. The communication was challenging. After placing the order it was unclear “what would happen next “ impossible to chat or talk live. I almost cancelled the payment when the map link of technicians location came up”

“Ben came out faster than I was expecting and did a fantastic job of explaining what he was doing. He had the right battery my car required. He was professional and personable. “Terrible company to deal with. Charged my mom $250 for a $150 battery that she didn't need because problem was the starter. Should've just charged $75 for the call. I called them. They did nothing. Mobile mechanics will buy the battery and install for less.”

Even 6:30 AM is a bit early for us as warehouse doesn't open until 8am. We got there as soon as we could.

“My car battery died at my house. I was scrambling to figure what to do. Call a friend for a jump. Call my insurance. What is the price of a battery. I stumbled across 1800Battery. I called and the process was so easy. The next day at 9 sharp the assistant was at my door. He changed the battery and it works great. Excellent experience. Will recommend.”

“From placement of order through arrival time seemed a little longer than expected (approx. 3 hrs.), but I have to give a 5 Star rating because of the efforts of the installer - Rob Polk - to get here (Chicago on a Friday afternoon), and to overcome some issues encountered with the installation. Also, the text updates and tracking are excellent.”
