Overall, 2Modern was a pleasure to buy from. The shipping company had some serious issues causing a major delay but that was not 2Modern's fault at all; they did assist with tracking down the issue. Would definitely buy from again.

Awful. Ordered 2 weeks ago and it still hasn’t shipped. I’ve attempted to call their customer service and they will not answer or return my call. Will never be purchasing from again.

Ist timer andlast timer. When a company says one thing and does another. The product was in stock when I ordered. But today is the 19th and it still hasn't shipped.

Very disappointed. It's very clearly said that the item I ordered would ship within one to two business days and 10 days later it hasn't even shipped. I will return this item as it will not arrive in time for the holidays and I feel the listing was outright fraudulent about the shipping time.

When I placed my order “Ships in 1-2 business days” is on receipt/confirmation. I sent and email requesting an update and called, I received an email with “estimated shipping date” then today received a new “estimated shipping date.” I placed the order 2 weeks ago, the item has still not shipped. 2Modern charged my Visa card when the order was placed. My expectation from 2Modern failed. Nice website - poor business transaction.

I’m very upset with your company!!!!!! We just ordered a 7k lamp which was stated in stock ready to ship…. I just received an email stating that it won’t arrive for another 6 months!!!!!! Totally unacceptable. I hope I will be refunded quickly unless you have another option
