I ordered a part from them on the 27th November 2020. I was told when I confirmed the order that the part would be delivered by the 18th December 2020. I did not receive any further communication from them, and early January I reached out to them and was told that I would definitely have the part on the 29th January 2021. It is now the 5th February 2021 and they tell me I will now only receive it on at the end of February 2021. They do not communicate with you at all. If I had known this I would have used another supplier. Honestly, I would not recommend you use them at all as you more than likely will not receive your part, and then have to deal with the frustration of having to chase them all the time. They are incredibly unprofessional.

Absolutely dreadful and incompetent company. Twice they sent replacement microfibre steamer mops and both were the wrong ones. My e mail confirmation clearly shows that it is a pack of two and there is a picture of them. They also are attacked with velcro. However, they sent one round elasticated mop and another oval elasticated mop. Stupidly I tried a third time and 17 days later I have not received my order. What did I expect when they can't even count to two. Avoid them at all costs. No means of telephoning them and I guess I can say goodbye to my £25+ Thanks goodness it wasn't more than that amount.

Very poor customer handling unreliable service and delivery. ordered replacement hoover charger for my elderly mother to go to nearest supermarket(Morrisons). according to them unable to deliver because a supermarket is closed? I smell a rat!!

Outstanding service. I ordered a new shelf for my fridge and it arrived 15 hours later (on Christmas Eve). The part wasn’t cheap but found this on many websites. I was delighted with the part, the service and the e communication.

They are selling the parts even if they don't have them in stock without letting you know that delivery will be postponed. After you complain they are refusing to change delivery to express one because you paid only for standard one even if the package should be already a couple of days with you. The part did not arrive at all. They lied to that money was not taken from my account even if PayPal history clearly proving otherwise. Spent a lot of time calling them and messaging them. In the end, have to ask PayPal for help. Paypal sorts it out and refunds the money for me. This company is totally a scam. Avoid buying anything from them.

Meant to have dispatched part on 24/11/20. Today 7th December and still nothing arrived. £3.50 to ship a small spring and 13 days later. Nothing arrived. Shambles of a company to get some sort of help or response. Avoid like the plague

Ordered what I thought was my part for my fridge freezer, but then realised once I’d paid that it was the incorrect one, contacted them straight away, only to be told I could cancel my order....cost me to send it back, won’t be using them again

Ordered a part. Costs about £6. Did not arrive. Their website says it did. On chat, two representatives did the virtual equivalent of 'hanging up'. Copy and pasted responses. Not very helpful.

The 4ourhouse web site advertised next day UK delivery for a Neff oven outer door, which I duly ordered, paying £8.99 for the privelige. Two days later, no delivery. I went to the online chat service to ask "where's my oven door". It was hopeless. Took half an hour and many page refreshes to communicate with anything/anyone. Someone eventually said they would expedite my order. A week later, still nothing. Back to the online chat (this time quickly) and a robot-type response said Neff were out of stock. There was no indication of this anywhere, neither during the ordering process, nor while waiting for delivery and tracking it. I got to the 4ourhouse web site via a link sent to me from Neff themselves in response to my enquiry "How can I get a replacement outer door to my oven?" Never again. The 4ourhouse web site, the online chat service - hopeless. Haven't got a clue how to do things properly. In the end I cancelled the order.

Ordered an in stock part on 3-5 day delivery. A month later I am still fighting to get it dispatched, being repeatedly fobbed off with "we will investigate" emails. No explanation and no offer of resolution or refund. They claim to have called when they haven't. Only things they are good at are lying, taking your money, and falsely reporting poor reviews on trust pilot so that they get blurred out. Photos of classic fob-off lies attached.

This company along with GDHA, Belling Spares and Stoves seem to be all responsible for charging my credit card for 2 amounts without generating an order. All of the companies pass the buck backwards and forwards and I would advise nobody to order from this company. A representative from this company say they have nothing to do with the other websites, but their name appears on all of their websites

They're fraudsters! DON'T buy from them! I ordered next day delivery, and the courier said I wasn't in, but I was home and waiting for the parts! Have demand a full refund.... Let's see how they respond!

I've placed an order with 2 items. They delivered only 1 of the 2. I contacted them via LiveChat which they at least acknowledged only 1 item was shipped instead of 2. However, they cannot send the 2nd item and instead offered that they will refund it but asked me to place a new order again for the item they missed to send! You gotta be kidding me, if you can't ship a missing item to honor your side of the purchase agreement, what makes you think I'd ever trust you again with another order? fix up please.

I ordered burner caps for my Indesit range. I cant believe the excuse that they cant find my payment details from the Order/Invoice number??? These details should be linked together. What a stupid company to have no access to these impt details after a month! They asked me to call, and spend more on phone charges?! Its fishy that they want me to submit new payment details. NEVER BUY from this company!

I ordered blades for my Bosch garden trimmer from this company. Told that they had been despatched on 15 th April. Could not track them at all. They have never arrived. I have emailed the this company 4 times with no reply. I now will have to go to PayPal or my credit company to get my money returned. I have given this company one star because I cannot find a way of giving them a - rating which is what they are worth! My advice to you all is. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

For sure the first and the very last time i ever use this company or any of its sister companies. It took me a very long time to figure out which magnetic strip was the correct one for my freezer (american style fridge freezer). Once found i was unable to apply the discount code online so called in to order. The lady was very thorough with her knowledge however was very keen on charging me 10£ for next day delivery and was not helpful in applying the discount code. After a very long time on the phone having to try and argue for standard delivery i realised i had spent 20mins on the phone to someone completely unaware of my needs. Charges for this call must have been horrendous, on the other hand i still do not have my product its been over two weeks since i ordered. Having had an online chat (never going to call again) i was told the item is out of stock????? So why was i not informed of this and why was i being charged next day delivery? I find it disgusting that in this time of crisis companies like 4ourhouse think it is ok to mess their customers around and try and make money off of the back of this. In this pandemic I have a freezer that does not work and I am now told i have to wait another two weeks. completely unacceptable, Im actually going to take this further but felt the need to make sure everyone knew the truth.
