This was ordered on Friday and delivered on Saturday and as it was an Easter weekend, the promptness and safe delivery was impressive. I needed an element and went for one with same specs as the broken one as could not find cooker specific part. Ordered it next day delivery and after reading some bad reviews thought i had made a mistake with this company.i was wrong, item came same spec as faulty part and next day as advertised . 5 star service ..i will use again untill they give me a reason not to.

I've just read all the negative reviews and decided to add my experience. I ordered hinges for an older NEFF main oven door. Looking at the website the hinges looked like the ones I required and so I ordered them. When they arrived they were obviously incorrect for my model. When I contacted 4OURHOUSE they could not have been anymore helpful. They refunded my payment very quickly and identified the correct part number but unfortunately the hinges are no longer available from NEFF. NOT A 4OURHOUSE PROBLEM. in my opinion this company are reputable and a joy to deal with.

Outstanding service. I ordered a new shelf for my fridge and it arrived 15 hours later (on Christmas Eve). The part wasn’t cheap but found this on many websites. I was delighted with the part, the service and the e communication.

I just wanted to let you know that I was delighted with the parts I ordered from your company recently. The parts arrived very quickly, and my lawn mower is now back in action again. I really thought I was going to need to get another lawn mower but now it is back in action thanks to the parts you delivered. Your price was great and very reasonable delivery charges. Item was for an old food mixer, but despite this the company acted quickly to obtain the correct parts and they were received within 3 days. Packed really well and secure the item arrived in good order. I certainly give the company 100%++. great PLACE TO SHOP AND REALLY SAFE.

Five days before Christmas and the washing machine won't work - disaster as far as my wife is concerned. Found your web-site, ordered the part and paid extra for next day delivery; this on a Sunday morning. You told me when the part had been despatched and exactly when it would arrive at my doorstep. Absolutely spot-on; 10:32am Monday morning it was in my hands. Within 24 hours the machine was fixed and my genius/hero ratings had gone stratospheric. Brilliant job chaps, thanks, Regards, Mike Taft

Ordered part for Hoover fridge from Hoover spares and got confirmation of order from 4ourhouse. Debited on October2. So far no delivery. Am told,now,part will ,hopefully,be available late November. Absolutely appaling customer service. Have written to ceo of Hoovercandy to flag the lack of trust in 4ourhouse which impacts the reputation of Hoover. Have ,today 19 October,cancelled my order and will wait for refund before considering other action ,which could include,based on the reviews on this site, filing for criminal proceedings. Anonymous

Very much very strong disappointment reviews I agree with, I ordered and prepaid for an integrated door hinge for a Hoover tumble dryer almost 2 months ago, having emailing them and tried calling both numerous times including chat live, no reply or acknowledgment. With hindsight I should have ordered through eBay but was told by Hoover I could not get the genuine part, so stupidly didn’t. Checked on eBay, they guarantee the part and a third of the price cheaper with a delivery within 48 hours. Every time I called Hoover to complain about 4ourhouse , they took no responsibility telling me I would have to deal with them directly myself. As a major branded company, Hoover should be shameful, take responsibility and be accountable as they align themselves with a terrible supplier who are giving Hoover a bad name especially in customer care. I want to cancel and ask for a full refund, but they won’t until I receive the item (whenever that will be?) refuse and return it. My last communication with them was that I will report them to Standards Trading if I don’t get a satisfactory reply from them ASAP !!!…they are worth any Star ratings

I ordered the two items for my washing machine. The items came and only one of the shock absorbers fitted into the washing machine. I wrote a letter explaining that I want a replacement on one of the shock absorbers as the pins would not go threw the hole was small. I put the original shock absorber back into its original pouch and I also wrote saying that I am putting my shock absorber into a jiffy bag to explain the reason and for them to see the difference between the wholes. I filled in a returns form for one item and sent the letter with the two items back. I received a email saying that I am being refunded for the two shock absorbers that I returned. I rang and spoke to a lady over the phone she says that they dont read any letters they just refund you the items. I said I understand but, I am being refunded for two which I did not wanted I wanted a exchange. Basically she doesnt know and was informed to order a new ones. I find this very unprofessional. This has cost the company money which nobody seems to care about. I am going to order the products that I need which I am grateful for however, I am dissappointed with the way they dont care much about the company they work for. They could of sent a email or called to say I have received your letter and items what would you like to do and try to resolve the issue. Very dissappointed annoyed with staff and people who work for a company and they dont care no wonder the company starts cutting back on staff and wages because of staff inconpetence of not looking after the company.

SCAM, SCAM, SCAM!! Can’t believe I fell for this. I thought I was ordering a shelf directly from Beko, secure site padlock was displayed on website. Order communication appears from 4ourhouse and bank transaction appears as Screwfix. Order number given to track item is not recognised by Royal Mail and emails to 4ourhouse customer services are not acknowledged. Have raised a dispute with my bank as item has not been received. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

This company is a scam they take your money and do not send items, they said they have sent me my item by royal mail but I did not get it and they said I have to contact royal mail so they can send it back if not they will not refund me my money back until they get the item back from royal mail...but guess what the tracking number they give me for royal mail is not real its a fake tracking number as royal mail know nothing about this order or tracking number. DO NOT USE this company they are scammers
