It's been nothing short of a terrible experience with 4ourhouse or rangemaster-spares.co.uk as I've been directed through. In this order 1. Put double the purchase amount into holding so my bank account was short an extra £150. 2. Sent double of one part 3. Sent the wrong part entirely for the second part of my order and told me it was the correct part even though it didn't fit and looked nothing like the original and also looked nothing like the part advertised on their website. 4. Have just asked me to purchase the part again because they can't send out the replacement piece on the same order. They have rectified where they can but not fully and compensated for the extra item, but all in all it's just been shocking and fishy from the get go when they couldn't tell me when the £150 they put into holding through my bank account would be released.

Awful appalling service! I ordered a lid for my Kenwood liquidiser. I was sent a completely different item. This was a mistake on their part of course, but I sent them a picture of what I had been sent. In response I was told to wait 2 working days while they investigated. I waited 4 working days and then they sent me an email saying their system did not allow replacements to be sent out and so they would not replace the item they had mistakenly sent me, and that I would have to reorder the item I wanted. They would only give me a refund when I return the mistaken item to them. If their system does not allow it, why not tell me straight away instead of making me wait four days?! Really horrifyingly bad service: to keep the money I have paid, and to refuse to send the item I have ordered! Don't use this company!

This company is a complete con !! Trust pilot shows them as a good rated company !! Order made 2 months ago and they just keep moving the date back and back

Appalled company. Continued delivery updates,each time the goal posts are moved. I would not do business with this lot again. Four months now for the parts

No delivery I never read these reviews until the item never turned up. I think if everyone with a genuine complaint should use Facebook Twitter or snap chat to let everyone in your area know just how bad this company really is

I ordered parts on 26/5/21, and received an email on 7/6/21 stating "We're pleased to confirm that the product you ordered CLAMSHELLS PAIRS EV7 with an estimated date is due to be back in stock in 2 to 4 weeks, please allow another 3 to 5 workings days for Delivery. We have kept in constant contact with our suppliers to ensure we can meet this schedule but if there are any changes we will keep you informed by email every 7 days. " I chased on 30/6/21 and was told "I do apologise unfortunately this part we have only recently been made aware is obsolete and has no alternative. You should have been emailed about this and I apologise if you were not. I have now cancelled the order for you and apologise for any inconvenience" Useless communication, Useless service, Useless company.

Terrible customer service can’t talk to anyone live chat is a joke just get fobbed off. They supplied the incorrect part so returned the item and now it’s been over 3 weeks and still no refund. Avoid this company

don't want to give them any star, if such an option exists. given different answers as to refund time, by now over 3 weeks past since i returned the goods - which is not fit for purpose, despite several emails chasing an update, have not had any response. Live chat was a joke too.

Very very expensive bordering on rip off for a Samsung oven door seal at about £70 including delivery.Not sure if it is 4 ourhouse fault or their supplier Samsung.

Terrible. Expensive part, expensive delivery and paid extra for express delivery to receive a damaged cooker element. Packaging was a complete joke. Avoid like the plague.

My experience with 4ourhouse and Trusted shops has been a joke. When I placed my order it said I would receive it next day if I placed order within the the next 45 mins. To my surprise it had been dispatched and it is with Royal Mail also it’s still not hear what a disgrace don’t trust this doggie company with anything with any appliances. You can't give no stars!

I wish to award minus stars or no stars but will have to settle for the overly deserved 1 star. Do NOT use their website to order anything..... The reason for my review is that I have never experienced such a sloppy, unprofessional and disastrous company, 4ourhouse that is. My order was allegedly dispatched incorrectly as I don't know what happened. Tracking link said it had been returned back to the warehouse, twice, due to labelling issues. I had requested & paid extra for next day delivery. That never happened. Several e-mails were sent by me requesting where my order was at. Tracking link showed nothing. Exasperated, I cancelled the order as I had no update & nobody willing to take ownership of my order. 4ourhouse are not fit for purpose.

Paid for next day and they have taken 4 days so far. Blame is directed at DPD but after 2 phone calls and over an hour of my time, DPD confirmed they never received the parcel. Terrible

Shocking how poor this company is my part was damaged on arrival and there isn't any way to get in touch with them!!

Ordered two replacement wheels for our Beko tumble dryer, got sent two different looking wheels. Paid £70 to have them fitted. Three weels later one of the wheels failed, another £70 to be told that... 4ourhouse response was to offer free return of the faulty item. That's it £140 down becaise you have zero stock control and zero interest in the basocs of customer care. Its now apparetly 'safe to order again'. Amateurs.

Appalling service. I ordered an outer oven door on 22nd November with an estimated delivery of 28 days and it still hasn't arrived. I get emails blaming the supplier but only after I chase. The last email says they dont know what is happening with my order. This was after I asked to investigate. I'm still waiting.

I ordered a part from them on the 27th November 2020. I was told when I confirmed the order that the part would be delivered by the 18th December 2020. I did not receive any further communication from them, and early January I reached out to them and was told that I would definitely have the part on the 29th January 2021. It is now the 5th February 2021 and they tell me I will now only receive it on at the end of February 2021. They do not communicate with you at all. If I had known this I would have used another supplier. Honestly, I would not recommend you use them at all as you more than likely will not receive your part, and then have to deal with the frustration of having to chase them all the time. They are incredibly unprofessional.
